I had never heard of Go Crash Audio before I picked up this album to review it. My initial reaction is that they are a bit like Motion City Soundtrack meets Cartel. If you're a fan of either, this album is probably for you. The lyrics are well written, which is always a plus, and always makes it easier to enjoy a band or album. It is definitely very danceable, with lyrics like "don't stop dancing until the music stops". I'm not too fond of the song "Worst Song Ever," although some of the lyrics in it are pretty amazing. I would love to be able to see these songs preformed live, as I doubt the album does them any justice to the way they really sound. It's definitely worth a listen, even if you end up not liking it. I think my favorite song on the album would have to be "From Here to California", because every time I hear it, I can't seem to sit still.
