Having been a fan of Atreyu’s popular songs such as Right Side Of The Bed, Ex’s and Oh’s and The Theft, but never really getting into their full albums, I was surprised when I listened to their latest release, Lead Sails Paper Anchor and could not find one song that I disliked.
They no longer have unnecessary screaming, everything is in sync and the lyrics are damn catchy.
Personal favourites include:
Blow – an infectious beat mixed with aggressive lyrics, perfect to listen to with the volume loud and sing, well, more like shout, along.
Lose It – a more melodic, but still intense rock, song will have you singing along in no time.
